Your Appointment Time Is Important To Me
I am a very reliable provider and will not cancel on you last minute and I book firm
appointments. I ask that you do not contact me to book if you are unsure you can
make your appointment time requested. If you’d prefer to send a deposit or
cancellation fee to a more generic email address for etransfer or egiftcards please
let me know and I will be happy accommodate you.

Due to an extremely high percentage of cancellations from new inquirers I have
never met this policy has been put in place. Please ensure you keep this in
mind should you prebook at your desired time and then cancel without

rescheduling.

*Cancellation Policy:*

For prebooked TORONTO appt cancellations: I realize that sometimes life gets in
the way of us meeting, but a minimum of 48 hours notice is requested to reschedule
your Toronto appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If you’ve canceled two or more
times on me a 50% deposit will be requested to rebook in future. Please note that I will
never cancel last minute on you and have rarely ever asked to reschedule. Your time is
guaranteed and will be respected.

For prebooked TOURING CITY cancellations: If you prebooked an appointment
for a touring city (regardless of giving notice) and do not reschedule for a different
time on the same tour a $50 fee/per hour booked must be paid within 48 hours. This is
for the time taken to book you, hold your appointment and turn down others. I often
cannot make up canceled appointments and incur increased expenses from a lost
booking. Etranser, Vanilla visa gift card, hotels.ca and amazon.com gift cards are
accepted for the tour cancellation fee.

FOR ALL LAST MIN/LESS THAN 24H NOTICE CANCELLATIONS: a fee of 50%
of your total booking is payable within 48 hours via email transfer or Vanilla Visa gift card,
or cash in the mail (ask me for my PO box). Failure to pay for a last minute cancellation
will result in you being blacklisted by myself and added to an SP blacklist database.
As unfortunate as it would be, no-shows are ineligible for second bookings unless
the previous missed appointment is prepaid in full.

*Reference Policy:*
Please contact me first to ask for a reference before giving out my name and info
to a new provider so I can ensure I am prepared and I can respond promptly. Your
discretion is very important to me and this way I ensure it’s not someone impersonating
a provider or a spouse asking. I am happy to give recently seen clients in good
standing a reference for a future visit to a fellow provider for respectful gents in good
standing. To receive a reference we must have met within the past 8 months, I must
remember you and have a record of our time together and I will only give out a
maximum of 2 references for each appointment we have had in the past 8 months.

I do not cater to gents expecting to receive 3-4+ references to see new ladies based
on our one appointment a long time ago instead of using their most recent reference.
